Samsung is giving the numbers at the low end of the market: it's coming… Galaxy A01

The wave of Samsung smartphones that swept the market in 2019 brought us back to the old days when the Korean giant was running low in all price ranges, only to change strategy and focus on the top of the range for years.
In 2020, Samsung's renewed quantitative strategy will continue to ship and the manufacturer's next entry-level smartphone may have a peculiar name.
We are referring to Galaxy A01, a device that appeared for the first time in radar over the past few months, but to which few had given credit, assuming that it could be a reference design phone or, at most, a code name for a new model on the launching pad.
Now instead, it seems that Galaxy A01 will be the final name of a low-end smartphone, branded Samsung but produced by a Chinese company called Huaqin Telecom, similar to what happened in the recent past for Galaxy A10.
Its specifications, revealed by FCC, for the moment speak of a 5.7 ″ display, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal memory, 3,000 mAh battery, dual rear camera and Android 10 on board.
The launch of the Galaxy A01 could already take place during the first weeks of 2020, so stay tuned to find out more about the upcoming low-cost Samsung smartphone.
